This technical course will meet for two, three-hour evening sessions per week and will offer a state of the art computer lab setting with access to on-line curriculum and lab equipment. You will be assisted and guided to work at your own pace in pursuit of the CompTia A+ Certification exam by an A+ Certified Instructor. Computer hardware and software repair and maintenance, Operation Systems, and Customer Services skills, will be studied as you prepare for certification as a Help-Desk Technician, Field Technician, or Bench Technician. The on-line curriculum is designed as two semesters of study, but may be paced to meet individual needs. A $100.00 deposit is due upon enrollment and balance paid by first class meeting.

#163 Introduction to Adobe Photoshop Elements (12 hours)

Do you love photography, but still do not quite know how to take that perfect photo? All is not lost. Many photos can be edited into a “wow” photo using software. Photoshop Elements is a much less expensive version of Adobe’s award-winning software, Photoshop, used by professionals to manipulate photographs. Learn to use this simple program to get the same results as professionals. Learn to fix photos by cropping, changing the white balance, removing color cast, tinting, and making them pop in vibrant color. This class also introduces computer scrapbooking your photos. This 12 hour course is an excellent follow-up to Digital Photography.
